Gene Feldman was born in 1920. He was a director and writer, known for Marilyn Monroe: Beyond the Legend (1987), Danny (1977) and Ingrid (1984). He died on August 25, 2006 in New York ****, New York, USA. Began his career as an editor at Ace Books. Wrote the off-Broadway play "Show Me a ******". Began working in TV in the early 60s and produced/directed numerous documentaries for the ABC children's series "Discovery". Best known for his "The Hollywood Collection" in the early 1980s, a series of TV biographies of famous stars.
